A proposed scenario to characterize costumers’ perceptions on social responsibility

Water and sewer companies face the challenge of improving customers’ satisfaction, simultaneously with their awareness on environmental issues. Results provided by surveys are essential for environment management to monitor customer perception services quality water companies. However, activity is strongly linked social responsibility because they provide vital communities. This study proposes an innovative approach based a longitudinal that makes possible compare have been dimensions, in case company Aquatim, Timisoara, Romania.
